Celebrity Jazz brand was founded by Eugene Mosley in 2002, the godson of Jazz legend Lionel Hampton. Celebrity Jazz began as a wine company. After two years of negotiating, Celebrity Jazz and Prince Hubert’s company established an agreement for Eugene to have his own cognac label under the license to Celebrity Jazz to bottle and distribute cognac products and 100% owned by Eugene Mosley.
