Casa Vinicola Valle dell''Elce is a young company based in Puglia region, commonly known as the heel of the Italy''s boot.According to our traditions we want to increase the value of Apulian wine-growing with the rediscovery and promotion of native grapes varieties of Daunia: Nero di Troia and Bombino.The hight quality of our standard is due to a careful selection of grapes with the hard work in the vineyard and our personal passion to make excellent products: recently an important review was published on an Italian newspaper about our wine Essenziale 2008. Our efforts and perseverance have been repaid by good confirmation on the market.We are therefore sure to offer a valid range of excellent results of Puglia, mather of greats wines: today Apulian wines are up-and-coming and in a strongly increasing demand.
