We are an upscale restaurant Raw Bistro and store Raw Pantry located in the exclusive area of Yorkville, Toronto, opening in the Spring of 2010 - our web site is still under construction. Our restaurant will be fully licensed and will seat approximately 50 persons including the bar and lounge. While Raw Bistro will be serving raw vegan fare, with entrees up to the $60 range, it will carry a complete line of wine and distilled and other alcohol, with the exception following. Wines will be in the range of $10 to $200 - our cost. As the restaurant is vegan we will only carry wines, beers, etc. which are not filtered or are filtered without use of animal, fish (or other sea creature) or egg product.
