Our family winery produces a limited amount of high-quality Bulgarian wines. We have managed to keep all wine-production process in-house in order to guarantee the highest possible quality. The grapes we use are only from our own vineyards. We grow and vinificate the following grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Muscat Ottonel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. The wine is monitored in our laboratory through it''s entire fermentation and aging process.
