The winery Cascina Minella was born in 2002, when we, Livia and Gianluca Marchisio, bought an old farmhouse with its vineyards situated in the community of Dogliani. Arriving from the city and other businesses, for us it is a way of life which transcends just work. We have restored the cellar and some vineyards of the property and we aim to become a small, but interesting reality of the wine industry of Dogliani, producing high quality wine. We produce Dolcetto di Dogliani DOC, Dogliani DOCG and Langhe Rosso DOC(this is made with Barbera Grapes)
