Paillard''s family has been growing grapes and making champagne in Bouzy since 1769. Our ten-hectare vineyard is at the heart of the famous « terroir » of Bouzy.
Our production being limited to the size of our vineyard, we attach much attention to propose irreproachable champagnes to our customers. The vines are worked in a traditional manner and we let the wines aged in our cellar with infinite patience until we get the best balance. Three years for the Brut and six years for vintage wines. These extended ageing periods are vital to obtain the balance, finesse and elegance, which are the hallmarks of Pierre Paillard Champagne.
