We are a relatively young company initially part of the Montesquius group (founded in 1918), considered to be among the five oldest and most traditional cellars in the Cava region of Catalunia, Spain. Our wine comes from the carefully selected Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes from the region and after fermenting in inox tanks at a controlled temperature goes thorough 4-8 months of ageing in American oak barrels. The result is an intense fruity bouquet with spicy oak and vanilla, a sophisticated flavour with a good balance and a long dry finish. Our cava is a young cava artesano that goes through an aging process lasting 18 months. What we offer is a product of excellent quality which already sells extremely well on the Spanish market to a price with little competition.
