Professionally formed with the experience of his family estate, in 1996, after having taken his wine-grower degree, he established his own estate. The owner''s today greatest reason to be proud is the possibility to vint grapes exclusively grown in his own vineyards, which Massimiliano personally looks after.These vineyards, having a total area of 13 hectares lie in the most renowned areas of Nizza Monferrato hills. They are mainly ancient grape varieties of Barbera, Moscato and Dolcetto d''Asti and Monferrato. In the old vineyards the selection is natural, while for the new ones rigorous thinning is carried out. Keeping an eye on the new technologies, but fully respecting the oldest peasant traditions, Massimiliano and his wife Simona take care of their estate with enthusiasm and self-devotion,taking advantage of Roberto Olivieri''s enological advice.
