In 2002, with the idea of producing their own wines, it was decided to put into operation an old winery, located in Carrodilla. This building dates from 1930, its wooden ceilings and large glazed windows, make Staphyle a captivating boutique winery, which was incorporated modern technology.
Currently, the winery has an outstanding group of professional winemakers who, together with the highest wine technology, produce high-end wines.
The vineyards are located in the area of Ugarteche and Agrelo,known as the first wine region of Argentina, where each of the varietals are cultivated with dedication, being they: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Bonarda, Sauvignon Blanc.
We also have a plantation at Hotel Potrerillos, at 1380 m. n. m.
