The idea of Nakhon began in the late 1970''s starting with the family, who first formally introduced Thai Cuisine to the US market on the West Coast. They desired a beer with a smooth flavor and clean finish that would compliment the many flavors of Thailand. A search for the perfect recipe was launched and would continue into the late 1990''s where the next generation of the family joined the quest for a great refreshing beer. The vision of Nakhon Premium Beer has now come to fruition. A pilsner-style lager, brewed using the finest Pilsen malted barley and Saaz noble hops from the Czech Republic, matched with premium world-renowned Thai jasmine rice. Nakhon Premium Beer offers a distinct, slightly sweet floral finish, which replaces the standard bitter after-taste associated with most other beers and provides an unmatched drinkability like no other.
