We are a young family-based winery in the DO of "Manchuela" in Castilla La Mancha, Spain. Employing a mix of modern and traditional technologies, our quality and affordable wines are produced from vines native to the region – Macabeo (for whites), Tempranillo and Bobal (for reds).
Our first vintage is 2007 with 1 white, 1 Rosé, and 2 reds - Mizaran Tempranillo, aged 4 months in Oak and Senda de las Rochas aged 12 months in oak). Our 2008 vintage is yet to be prepared, with the exception of the White and the young un-aged “La Sima, which is already on the Market.
Our white wine “Mizaran Macabeo” won the best prize in <6 EUR category at the China Wine and Spirits Competition. And at the Wines of Spain competition, Moscow 2009 in Russia, we won a Silver Medal with the Senda de las Rochas – 88pts.
