Cachaca Cigana is produced on a family farm situated on the plains of the Paraiba River in historic northeast Brazil. Cigana is the only Cachaca de Alambique {craftsmanship process of distilled} registered in the USA. It is well known for its value and tasteful quality. This is due to its natural process of production. The sugar cane is gathered raw, and then we allow the fermentation to happen naturally, without adding chemicals to speed up the process. Distillation happens within the copper equipment, where it preserves the fundament aroma of the sugar care. Our process of distillation is 100% natural no sugar is added at the end of the distillation.
