We are producers of English Fruit Liqueurs, Honey Meads and Country Wines from real fruits, flowers, vegetables and honey. We use no essences, flavourings or artificial ingredients. All products are vegetarian. We were a Finalist as the Sussex Drinks Producer of the Year 2008/2009. We have a laboratory, a sterile bottling room and 2 winemakers.
