The objective of my negociant-wine maker company is to make terroir wines of the highest quality, exemplifying my very personal vision of the richness and diversity of Provence.
My wines are resolutely different from ‘technological’ or agro-industry wines, that certainly have their place, but are at the antipodes of my winemaking philosophy (i.e. Producing drinks with a pleasant taste, that can be replicated and correspond to the desires of a target consumer group…)
I put forward and value the uniqueness the typicity and even the originality as well as the variety of the wines produced.
In order to achieve these goals I strive to let the natural processes take their course… Natural fermentation with wild yeast; de-acidification and stabilisation of the wines by malolactic fermentation; Maturation in barrel on lees without SO2; no fining or filtering…
I am a wine artisan, and I want to share these values with my customers.
