The boutique distillery LA CHÊNAIE is the heir and the successor of the wine-cellar created in 1903. As a result of an almost 20-year expertise in the production of wine distillate as a raw material, in 2005 the winery acquired the French technology for production of LA CHÊNAIE trademark brandy. The distillery has created special blends for the production of VS (very special), VO (very old), ХО (extra old) brandy. The HACCP and ISO 22000 certification acquired in 2007 guarantee the high quality of the “LA CHÊNAIE” distillery products. LA CHÊNAIE ХО-Manufactured using an old French technology, made of 21 specially selected wine distillates at an average age of more than 17 years, matured in oak barrels. LA CHÊNAIE VО-Made of wine distillates at an average age of 12 years, acquired from specially selected supreme grape varieties. LA CHÊNAIE VS-Made of wine distillates at an average age of 7 years, acquired from specially selected grape varieties.
