Oenotria Vintners is a boutique producer of quality wines that sources fruit from various regions. Two products are produced for the Oenotria Vintners label, C/Sauvignon from Mclaren Vale and Chardonnay from the Yarra Valley. The Chardonnay is made by Paul Evans from Oakridge fame, and the C/Sauvignon is made at the world renowned Redheads Studio under the watchful eye of International Winemaker Adam Hooper from La Curio Wines. Proprietor Kurt Brill ensures that every attention to detail is not spared. From the careful selection of fruit, to the final product, that is in the bottle. The market that we wish to aim for is On/Off Premise with the focus being on Quality outlets rather than Quantity.
