Currently, we trade 3 vintages - 2006 /07/08 We will make our best to accommodate and establish market presence. However, the wines are premium, limited release artisan wines. The cool climate of Gibbston Valley bears on the complexity and intense flavours of our wines. The pinot noir wine typically is bottled without filtering. Ready on release, but will reward cellaring for up to 8-10 years. The pinot gris wine has varietal aromatic character and drying finish. The Chardonnay is a Chablis-style wine, with some French oak support . Wine is bottled in traditional Burgundy style bottles under screw caps . For distribution, the wine is packed in corrugated cardboard cases in natural colour with Gibbston Highgate Estate logo, 12 bottles x 750 ml per case. We sell and deliver our wines on the FOB terms. Minimum order is 1 pallet. Pallet contains 49 or 56 cases for lay-flat bottle cartons and 56 cases for stand-up bottle cases of wine.
