This family business was set up in the 1960’s when the father of the family, Sergio, started to cultivate Trebbiano, Albana and Sangiovese vines which he had obtained from selected producers in Romagna.
In recent years the business has undergone considerable modernization in order to be as well equipped as possible to deal with the different stages of the winemaking process and the subsequent refining of the wine.
The grapes are harvested by hand in the traditional way and are then crushed gently so as not to lose any of the flavor of the final product.
By carefully controlling the different stages of the winemaking process; the treatment of the must, temperature control during fermentation, and use of selected yeasts during the winter stages, we optimize the characteristics of our wines.
