We set up our Winery in 1991 in Olivares, situated at the far south-western end of the Denomination of Origin area. The facilities stand amidst the vineyards and complies with European requirements, the ISO 9001 Quality Standard and the ISO 14001 Environmental Standard. We own 39 Ha of vineyards lying at a narrowing of the River Duero and bathed in magnificent sunlight. The vines, which are more than 30 years old, grow on a slightly limy sand and clay soil that affords optimum drainage. The superb quality of our grapes is the result of the combination of these factors. Our corporate philosophy is based on a combination of tradition and modernity: trained vines and manual harvesting; a winemaking unit with stainless steel vats and traditional winemaking processes.
