We produce a made in Japan plum cordial called ''HOSHIKO'' which we currently sell throughout Japan. It tastes nothing like normal Japanese plum wine, with some taste of herbs such as cinnamons, etc. You can enjouy the drink vairious ways, mixing with other spirits, sparklingwine, or even warmed up, as well as its drinkabel on its own. Production capacity is currently up to 20,000 per bottles/year.
