Elliston is a boutique winery in the San Francisco Bay Area. The winery was established in 1982. Vineyards on this property date back as far as 1895. We host thousands of guests each year at our many weddings and special events. Our wines have been handcrafted using small French oak barrels. Our philosophy is wine gets better with age. We cellar and bottle age our wines longer than most California wines on the market.
