Shumi winery was founded in 2001. It is situated in the historical center of Georgian wine-making Tsinandali Village, region Kakheti. The winery with an output of 3 million bottles per year is supplied with the modern technological units. The technological process is lead by a famous Georgian wine-makers. The company owns 600 hectares of vineyards and vineyard prospects in unique microzones of Georgia.The assortment of the company includes 54 red and white, dry and naturally semi sweet wines, wine brandies, “Chacha” (grappa), etc. 17 different products are made using company’s unique technologies. Each stage of production from the vineyards till the process of bottling is strictly controlled due to DIN ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP certificate terms and conditions.
