It has taken almost twelve years for Peter Scott Fraser to get the doors to Scott Cellars open. First came five years of selling wine for other people, then five more years of making wine for other wineries. In 2005, Scott Cellars had its first harvest of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Zinfandel. Believing that great wine begins in the vineyard, we source our fruit with the utmost care choosing specific rows and clones from exceptional Central Coast vineyards. In April 2007, our tasting room opened in Los Olivos, just one block off Grand Avenue. Now the fun begins! Stop by our tasting room and enjoy the wines at Santa Barbara’s newest boutique winery.
