After the government monopoly on spirits production and sales ended, entrepreneurs from Izmir led by Mr. Ekrem Demirtas, the President of the Izmir Chamber of Commerce, established the company named ELDA on 26th of September 2002. We began our operations as the first company to receive the permit to establish a distillery for raki production. We took on the mission of taking our place in the spirits market with the attributes such as ‘trustworthy’, ‘high quality’, and ‘the leader of innovations’ and constantly improving ourselves.
