Our estate produce vintage quality red and white wines with the traditional wine manner. OUR KNOW HOW In the wine farm we make a conventionnal farming in accordance with the enviromnement.Our wines are estate bottled. The vines are 20 to 70 years old aged in average.The major part of our grape harvest is made by hand. Our red wine is a blend of Cabernet and Merlot grapes,aged in oak barrels during 1 year.This blend fulfil their fine aromatic promise with the taste of red fruits, plum and a delicate woody hint. Our white wine is aged in oak barrels on the lees during 9 months. The nose has some typical Sauvignon hits of blackcurrant bud and develop pleasing aromas of citrus fruits. Château La Fleur Jonquet White Graves (1ha) :Sémillon 50%, Sauvignon 50%. Château La Fleur Jonquet red Graves (6,5ha) : Merlot 70 %, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Cabernet Franc 10%.
