BANEAR is a young and modern winery founded in 1978, whose cellar is in Treppo Grande, about twenty kilometres to the north of Udine, in Friuli. It owns at the moment more than 300 hectares of vineyards located in the best climatic areas for viniculture: Collio e Colli Orientali del Friuli, hill districts exposed to the sun, whose slopes extend as far as the Slovenian border, and Friuli Grave, the gravely alluvial plain of the river Tagliamento.
