Founded in 1991, Pepper Tree produces premium, super-premium and ultra-premium varietal wines sourced from its own vineyards in the Hunter Valley and Orange region of NSW and the Coonawarra and Wrattonbully regions of SA. There are three elements that form the backbone of Pepper Tree Wine’s wine quality; vineyards, winery and winemaker.
