The Pretty Sally vineyard produces single vineyard wines in the Central Victorian region of Australia. Our wines are made in the old world style with emphasis on terroir and complexity rather than boldness and simplicity. We use only estate fruit, age only on new barrels, and prune agressively to 2.5 tons an acre. Our wines are poured at several of the world's best restaurants including Aureole, Spago and Michael Mina. We are looking to expand our sales to countries other than the United States.
