Watershed Premium Wines is located in the dress circle of Margaret River. It was recently rated by James Halliday as an outstanding winery regularly producing exemplary wines. Of the 5 wines tasted by Halliday all scored in the range of 90 to 94 out of 100. Watershed will have 117 hectares under vine by the end of 2004 and is now rated in the top 10% of Australian wineries, all this notwithstanding that it only released its first wines in Septemeber 2002. Australian FOB prices commence at $99 per case of 12 for both red and white wines. Watershed has already distributed its wines to 8 export markets and is actively seeking additional export markets. Annual case production will reach 85,000 cases in the 2006/7 financial year. The current range of wines includes 2004 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, 2004 Unoaked Chardonnay, 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot, 2002 Shiraz, 2004 Oaked Sauvignon Blanc and 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot/Shiraz.
