The objective of the Canadian Wine Connection is to promote and sell premium Canadian wines in Europe. The main focus, for the time being, will be on the Benelux (Belgium, Luxemburg and The Netherlands) and Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden and Finland). Canadian wines are little known in Europe but since the ban on imports of Canadian wines has been lifted (June 2001) there has been an increasingly demand for Canadian wines. Wine lovers have recognized that Canada has great potential to become a leading wine producing country.
