The Country Vintner distributes wine from a 125,000sf., temperature controlled facility. The distribution center is centrally located in Louisa, Virginia and operates 24 hours a day providing delivery up to six days a week.
Orders received by 8PM are picked and ready to ship by 3AM the next morning. Customer deliveries are staged then loaded on insulated trucks for delivery to one of our five transfer warehouses located in Greensboro, NC, Lewisburg, WV, Washington, DC, Capital Heights, MD, Newark, DE or Richmond,VA.
The deliveries are unloaded at these warehouses then loaded onto delivery vans to be delivered to restaurants and retailers. This hub-and-spoke operation allows for orders received by 8PM to be delivered on the next delivery day.
