To advance the culture of wine in America through professional wine education. The ProfessionalWine Studies Program offers professional wine classes to those in the wine,food and hospitality industry at the Culinary Institute of America at the Greystone Campus in St Helena, California. Classes run 3-5 days. We have just completed a new center that houses the program. The Rudd Center houses the only professional wine classrooms in the U.S. that were created for optimal sensory evaluation of wine.
