Cantina San Donaci was set up in 1933 by a group of 12 farmers: today it has almost 1.000 associates of grapes produce about 100.000 quintals of grapes yearly. The Negroamaro is the most diffused species of wine, but it is also considerable the production of Malvasia and, a lesser degree, of Chardonnay and other white grapes.
