Fattoria del Teso is located in a privileged position, in an idyllic landscape surrounded by pines and cypresses. The plantations grow among tree alleys converging towards the hystoric Villa del Teso. The farm extends over an area of 70 hectares (approximately 170 acres). The products of the Fattoria del Teso have always been known to express the typical characters of the Montecarlo terroir. Both the white and the red wines immediately reveal their elegance and refinement. These characters are due in great part to the proximity of the sea and mildness of climate, distinguish Montecarlo wine from all other Tuscan wines and truly represent the traits of the people who live in this province: the Lucchesi, the people of Lucca. A special mention should be made of Vinsanto, a typical Tuscan product, that the Fattoria del Teso ages for 10 years in its rare under-roof Vinsantaia.

Wine: Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet for red wine; Sauvignon, Semillon, Pinot and Roussanne (Montecarlo DOC regulations are the only ones in Italy which contemplate this grape) for white wine.
