ANTONIO MASCARÓ
S.L. is a family-owned company founded in 1946 by
Narciso Mascaró, and has been devoted since
then to the production of wines and cavas, and the
distillation of the finest brandies and spirits. The
cellars and distillery are situated at Vilafranca
del Penedès, Spain, in the heart of the Penedés
and Cava region, 50 km south of Barcelona.

By distilling wines from the 3 classical
Penedès grape varieties: Parellada, Macabeo
and Xarel.lo in small pot still of less of 25hl, according
to the double distillation method, it is possible
to concentrate all the essence of the wines from this
region.

After a long ageing in oak barrels
it is possible to obtain a premium range of
Brandies whose prestige has been recognized
through the years by consumers and professionals.

At ANTONIO MASCARÓ we
control the whole production of the different
products from the vine to the bottle. The company
owns 40 Ha of vineyards divided into two estates:
"Mas Miquel", close to the wonderful
Cistercian Monastery of Santes Creus in Tarragona
and "El Castell".
