The first Maxime Trijol still was installed in Saint-Martial-sur-Né in the Cognac heartland in 1859. Today, the house boasts twenty-two 2,500-litre stills. Maxime Trijol cultivates its own vines and Cognac production process: growing the grapes, distillation, ageing and bottling, with a philosophy of nothing less but quest for excellence.

A beautiful straw yellow, with intense, fruity and floral aromas. A reminiscent of the flowers of the vine in June. An aromatic and complex VS resulting from the blending of different growths.

VSOP GRAND CLASSIC

A golden yellow, with a fruity and floral nose. The palate is long, spicy. The tannins from the oak have helped it to develop to the beginnings of maturity a harmonious cognac.
