The winery In the middle of the sand hills and in the heart of the vineyards its located the winery. This is equipped with top italian technology and it has a capacity of 60000 hectoliters in epoxy recovered pools, inox iron tanks and of course fine toasted brand new barriques of the most exquisite oak but always keeping the “craft” essence that characterized the company. Vineyards and winery It is based on the warm sand of the Mendoza’s dessert and protected by the huge Andes mountains. The 300 ha cultivated of “La Elenita” vineyards brings the totality of the production, so we can be really sure of the product’s quality from the plant it self. The stocks are based on american foot and they are all from fine italian and french varietals. After detailed ground and weather analysis it had been decided to produce the many varietals.
