Wine Cellar is small company based in the heart of Cape Town. We specialise in Wine storage in temperature contolled cellars. Wines are stored in a clean, dark vibration free underground cellar. The temperature is controlled between 13 - 15 degrees Centigrade ( 55 and 59 Fahrenheit ). Daily temperatures are monitored and recorded. The Relative humidity generally runs above 70% and is recorded. All cellar floors and clean and dry.
