La Dispensa di Ulisse was born during an evening between friends. The idea of going to search for the products forgotten of our island, to succeed to put together the best thing that it generously gives us and naturally to discover them, to taste them, incite us. Greedy but not jealous, we decided to spread the flavours of Sicily by the original Mediterranean practice of selling and buying that carried during the centuries knowledge and tolerance, we have not our productions, you will not find us to sell an imperfect overabundand production. We buy what we like and sell it because we like it. We put together our gastronomic passion, our knowledge, the skills of experts, and going around the Sicily, almost like some new Ulisses, we collected the best productions, wines, oils, preserves, cheese, salted meat, sweets, tastes and perfumes that, with passion, we choose to make a store-room of authentic and precious things.
