RevTech has a process to decorate and coat glass and ceramic surfaces with an environmentally sound organic coating that cures with UV light. Process is commercial for filling lines. Process provides enormous advantages and efficiencies for decorators, marketers and operating environments. Ovens are eliminated. Provides brilliant reds and yellows, and raised Gold and Silver. UV colors do not fade. Revtech's products include 1)Applied Organic Labeling for single trip containers, reusable containers which require removal of the label, and containers that do not require removal of the label. 2)Cost effective coating to eliminate the scuff marks on reusable containers. 3)Coating for blocking out UV light that can extend the life of products and protect them for UV decoration. 4)Coatings that can color flint containers. This substantially reduces costs associated with purchasing glass or use of shrink sleeve labels. Additionally, it gives substantial control over inventory of glass.
