I am into wine consultancy in the Southeast Asia region and the Chinese territories (mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong). I want to find aggressive wineries who may be atleast medium in size, and wants a representative in this region. As wine consultant, I will ensure that the wineries I represent get the right distributor, have the right SKUs, hit the right volume,have the right exposure (A&P), efficient inventory, and good general total account management. My exprience in the region, as the former Asia-Pacific Marketing Manager of E&J Gallo Winery, leads my stronng wine credentials. I also was General Manager for a major Philippine Wine Distributor in the Philippines, so I know how to negotiate and deal with distributors. By being your representative in the region, I save wineries thousands of dollars in travel expenses, local research, and others, at the same give these wineries a key contact person to solely deal with. Retainer fees or longer term contracts are both possible.
