Les Allymes Inc. was born in june 2002. JC.Convert and Sylvie Francoz are strong believers in organic wines and are offering a selection of French Catalan Rhone style as well as traditional natural dessert wine from Rivesaltes such as Muscat,Vintage,Ambre,Hors d'age. We also import hard to find dry Alsatian organic-wines such as Gewurztraminer,Riesling, and Tokay-Pinot gris. Very soon we will add to our selection a wonderfull organic wine from the Abruzzi and two superb spanish example from Navara and Valencia. We are also the only US importer (that we know of) of the surprising Bugey wines from the French Alpes with wines such as Cerdon,Manicle,Jacquere,Roussette-Altesse,Pinot gris and other aromatic rareties.
