Santa Emilia Distillery, based in Taquaritinga city (Sao Paulo State), was founded in 1993 aiming to develop a new category of sugar cane derivate, using the highest technology and total quality control.
This technology is a result of a research that was started before the distillery settlement. For this reason, every part of the machinery and every step of the process was idealized before the construction of the distillery. This assures the highest quality of cachaca ever obtained.
