The Prädikat Wine Estates (VDP - Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates) is Germany’s oldest wine-growers’ association with a clearly defined quality concept. Some 200 first-class wine estates from all 13 German wine-growing regions represent the fascinating diversity of viticulture at its finest. The VDP logo, a stylised eagle bearing grapes, signals all of the above and more: it has become a trademark that stands for top quality wines at home and abroad.
