Bodegas Hidalgo - La Gitana was founded in 1792 by D. José Pantaleon Hidalgo and still today it is run by the Hidalgo family. We produce the whole range of Sherries, as well as Brandy de Jerez and sherry vinegar. However our most important product is Manzanilla. This is the lightest and driest wine from the Sherry region. Our Manzanilla is sold under the name LA GITANA, one of the region''s oldest brands and one of the most popular Manzanillas both in Spain and abroad.
