Main varieties are Cabernet, Merlot, Carménère, Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Riesling. The dry warm days & cool nights micro climate founded in Melozal, accompanied by the mineral content of the terroir, gives the wines their distinctive style. These exiting wines show the true potential of this otherwise unknown tiny Valley in the heart of the big Maule Valley. Also producing two Late Harvest (sweet)dessert wines from (white)Riesling and (red) Carmenere variety
