Sunset Cellars is an award-winning winery specializing in small volume, handcrafted wines. It emphasizes Zinfandel and other varieties traditionally associated with it, such as Petite Sirah and Carignane, and is also expanding into Barbera and Syrah. Our winemaking objective is to express and refine the flavors and characteristics created in the vineyards. Aging features the restrained use of new oak, to enhance the grapes' flavors without overpowering them.
