The Gutsverwaltung Niederhausen-Schlossböckelheim is since 100 years a riesling-domaine. More than 85 percent are planted with Riesling. Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir complete the grape varieties. About 30 hectares of vineyards, all with favourable southern exposure, belong to the winery. Well-known site names as Schlossböckelheimer Kupfergrube, Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle, Niederhäuser Kertz, Niederhäuser Steinberg, Schlossböckelheimer Felsenberg, Traisener Bastei and Altenbamberger Rotenberg give resonant names to the wine grown here.
