We manufacturer customer rubber parts for winery, distillery and juice equipment. Products include rubber covered rollers, rubber-bonded-to-metal parts and rubber gaskets, plugs, caps and shapes. We have reversed engineered parts from existing parts for destemmers, presses, corkers and other older equipment from foreign based OEMs or OEMs no longer in business. Our strip and recoat process is an eco-friendly way to extend the life and save money on your rubber covered rollers in your labelling, bottling and conveyor lines. We have replacement rubber bladders for the old style Willmes presses-WP100, 500, 1000, 1500, 2300 & 2900. We also carry a wide range of food grade hose and tubing and silicone sealants and caulks.
