Breganze DOC area can be considered the hills of Venice. The territory is covered in vineyards and
cherry trees . The land is extremely fragmented and studded with small plots, so much so that the average size of each property is little more than a hectare.
In the heart of the small town of Breganze the Winery of Beato Bartolomeo that directly manages the entire wine-making process from the initial careful choice of land right through to the final bottling process.
Beato Bartolomeo da Breganze is a Primary Co-operative Cellar founded in 1950.
Today our members are 600; 600 farms on a surface of 620 hectares of vineyards.
The Winery is equipped with the latest technology, such as gentle pneumatic presses, temperature control of all processes, autoclaves and isobaric filler machineries.
The Winery is 35% self-sufficient in the supply of electricity thanks to a photovoltaic system of 175 kw/h
